We held our Race to the Brewery Sports Scholarships evening on the 2nd September where we proudly presented 22 recipients with their certificates and scholarships for 2020, to assist these extremely talented local athletes and sports teams perform to the best of their abilities in a variety of sports from Taekwon Do, Squash, Cycling to Gymnastics and Canoe Polo. 

Congratulations again to our scholarship recipients and we wish you all the best for the upcoming season and events. We are excited to announce that our 2021 Race to the Brewery fundraising event will be held on the 27th of February 2021 and we're looking forward to another great turnout from across the Manawatu.

We held our annual Race to the Brewery function on Tuesday 21st May to present eighteen lucky recipients with $12,500 worth of scholarships for 2019. A great turnout with 60 people attending made for a very successful event.  Every recipient attended, together with their families and friends, our sponsors and committee.  A variety of sports from Squash, Touch, Netball, Cheerleading, Triathletes, Cyclists and more.

It is a very humbling feeling to know that we have helped these people work toward reaching their goals and aspirations.  

We are happy to announce that our 10 year Race to the Brewery event will be held on the 29th February 2020.
